Mechanical CNC oil mist separator, driven by a motor, directly drives the blades inside the steel drum to rotate at high speed, drawing the oil mist into the drum. The blades strike the oil mist at speeds over 50 meters per second. Inside the steel drum, there is loose fiber equipment that helps to coalesce the oil mist and filter out liquid particles and reduce noise. Small oil droplets are forced to collide and coalesce with the inner wall of the shell before being thrown out by centrifugal force, and are then compelled to move upwards by the airflow. The collected liquid continuously returns to the machine tool through a suitable conduit. Designed with SOLIDWORKS 2020.
