Non-Standard Bearing Pilot Production Line Plan

Non-standard bearing trial production line plan, the drawing is for the non-standard bearing trial line 1. The material flow starts with the small ring going through the small groove and inner diameter processes, then entering the main conveying system through the elevator for superfinishing 2. The large ring enters the large groove process through the main conveying system, then into the large superfinishing process, afterwards enters the main conveying system via the elevator 3. After grinding, both small and large rings simultaneously enter the washing machine and then the assembly section 4. Personnel configuration includes 2 multi-skilled workers.
