Non-Standard Automation Hoist Assembly Conveyor Belt Equipment Final Assembly

This equipment structure is designed with SW2016 and includes part features. It is a non-standard automation custom design, and the drawings have been used in actual production, featuring many classic structures. The displayed 3D model of most equipment designs has a complete independent mechanical arm for material handling, and the linear module and servo/stepper motor selection parameters involved meet the requirements of actual calculations. The control system uses an upper computer with C++/C# combined with CCD vision recognition or employs PLC multi-axis jogging control. The linear slider selection is mainly Hiwin/THK, cylinder selection is AIRTAC/Festo, and sensor selection mainly includes Keyence/Opto21/Omron. The overall structure is clear, parts are complete, and the design is reasonable, making it an ideal textbook for design reference or study. For peer reference only, do not process production according to the original provided model dimensions! The overall decompression package includes STP and UG common editable formats.
