a: Appearance inspection
b: After cutting, the size of metal conductors, the distance between the center lines of metal wires, the distance from metal wires to edge lines, reinforcement plates, etc., can all be inspected. The inspection accuracy can reach ±0.05mm.
This equipment is a processing type for FFC connector cable: the equipment operates with a material tray loading method. The operator only needs to place the incoming FFC material onto the material rack, and the equipment automatically feeds it, cutting the material to the preset length. The cutting accuracy can reach 0.01, and the processed length of the cable needs further inspection by the CCD vision system. The equipment is simple yet precise in structure, with the material handling manipulator and unloading manipulator working synchronously, transferring inspected products to the inspection platform, which is made of a vacuum suction plate. Once inspection is OK, the manipulator stacks the products onto the unloading conveyor belt, and the quantity per stack is set according to customer requirements.
