The equipment is mainly composed of a conveyor trough, XYZ three-axis numerical control axis, welding laser, laser welding head, CCD visual positioning system, height detection sensor, fixed positioning mechanism, and exhaust dust removal mechanism. The equipment is divided into a press-fix automatic spot welding section, automatic continuous welding section, automatic removal section of NG products after welding detection, and finished product loading area after welding detection.
