The specific action is for an operator to place the tray with the product on the loading tray storage mechanism. The loading three-axis robot sequentially retrieves the network port, moves it to the high voltage test fixture, and the cylinder of the high voltage test mechanism extends out, moving the product to the test position for high voltage testing. Once completed, it returns to the original position. If the product is NG (Not Good), the transfer robot conveys it to the NG buffer mechanism, while an OK product is moved to the comprehensive testing mechanism for comprehensive testing. Once testing is complete, NG products are transferred to the NG buffer mechanism, and OK products are moved to the product transfer mechanism. The 3D testing mechanism's transfer robot retrieves the product, which is scanned by the 3D testing mechanism for pin inspection and then moved to the first fixture of the angle testing mechanism. The angle testing mechanism fixture's cylinder extends out to move the product to the first CCD testing position. The next product is placed on the second fixture. After the first CCD test is completed, the cylinder returns, moving the second fixture product to the second CCD testing position, and retrieving the product from the first fixture to place it on the unloading transfer mechanism. The unloading three-axis robot places the product sequentially onto the tray unloading storage mechanism.
