This model is a semi-automatic welding machine for N95 mask ear loops, only requiring manual placement and removal of masks, with automatic ear loop welding. The welding speed is fast. The cost is relatively lower compared to a fully automatic integrated machine. The difference between this diagram and other uploaded diagrams online is that the pneumatic finger rotation mechanism has been modified from being driven by a rack to being driven by a rotary cylinder. The scissors for cutting ear loops have been changed to pneumatic scissors AM10+100S. This diagram is for learning and reference only.
