A new type of sprocket chain conveyor line, comprising 14 stations, each station evenly spaced, 12 stations in linearity, 2 stations in arc sections; equipped with secondary positioning function, repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm; walking accuracy is ensured by linear guides and arc guides, the stroke can be customized as needed, and the rails are easy to splice; this mechanism, combined with various carriers, can achieve a variety of functional purposes and is widely used in assembly, testing, marking, dispensing, and other occasions.
