Multi-Head Screw Machine, Automated LED Panel Screw Fastening Machine

A multi-head screw machine 3D model, namely an automated LED panel screw fastening machine. This machine is used for fastening screws on LED panels, with a total of 22 points, completed in two cycles. The efficiency is relatively high, but the cost of 22 motors is considerable, and the prototype is sold at a loss for customer use. Screws are fed to the distributor through a vibrating mechanism, and the cylinder arranges the screws to the air pipe. The screws are blown through the air pipe into the screw fastening nozzle, which then presses the screw driver down to push the screws through the nozzle with elastic clips, completing the fastening process with motor rotation.
