Mop Base Housing (Inclined Ejector Pin Injection + Precision Positioning)

This model is an injection mold diagram for a mop holder housing, with one cavity producing four pieces. The injection method uses a needle valve hot runner with a horn gate. The product interior has multiple snap positions. In the mold design, a slanted ejector is used for demolding. The product has an insertion angle of only 0.2 degrees to prevent mold scuffing. Four precise locating points are made on the mold frame periphery. The diagram structure is very clear, and it is welcome to download and learn.
