The model is a mid-shell injection mold drawing with four cavities. It uses a pinpoint gate, and the product material is ABS. The mold structure includes a three-plate mold with a pinpoint gate, front mold tunnel slider, front mold ejector plate ejection, and rear mold inclined ejector. The mold operation is quite complex: during mold opening, first open the panel - activate the oil cylinder - then open the AB plate - eject. For mold closing: reset the ejector plate - close the AB plate - reset the oil cylinder - close the panel.
