An iron sheet is fed through a vibrating bowl, then placed into a tray by a straight vibrator and a moving mechanical arm. The tray is quickly detachable and can be moved sideways. The iron sheet can be quickly taken out from the tray. The mechanical arm is driven by a stepper motor, allowing it to move laterally with the purpose of loading the iron sheets into the track one by one. This tray can also be quickly dismantled for easy material retrieval. The equipment can be placed on a desktop and moved to any location easily, making it portable and convenient.
