Modeled in Solidworks, the Mercedes automatic transmission is divided into three major sections with nearly 300 parts. The assembly file is complete and retains features. Many people who have worked in domestic car factories were amazed when they saw this model, saying even regular employees in the R&D department rarely get to see such detailed work. I have collected it for more than half a year, and now I'm sharing it. The original file is over 300MB, and after compression, it is still about 250MB. For mechanical design, especially engineers related to automobile or engine, transmission development, this work is highly recommended for thorough study. Personally, I think this is the most impressive transmission I’ve seen throughout my studies to my career.
