MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) is a combined process that integrates biological treatment with membrane separation. A hollow fiber membrane module is placed in the bioreactor, with the hollow fiber membrane acting as the ultrafiltration membrane (UF) with a pore size range of 0.04μm. It is primarily used for retaining suspensions and organic matter. Its characteristic is maintaining a certain concentration of microorganisms in the bioreactor to purify wastewater.
