As the filtration process continues, dust accumulates increasingly on the outer surface of the filter bags, gradually increasing the operational resistance of the equipment. To ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper resistance limit of the high-pressure offline pulse baghouse dust collector is usually maintained within the range of 1200 to 1600 Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the cleaning controller issues commands either on a timed basis or based on resistance level. Manual operation is also possible to perform three-state cleaning.
