Label Size Requirements: Side Labeling Length and Width 100X100mm The label should be centered at a certain height from the bottom of the material
Paper Core Inside Length and Width 25X70mm The label should be applied at a certain height from the top of the material
Mechanical Design Requirements
1. The design should allow for simple installation on this frame, with side labeling (on the side of roll materials) and paper core inner labeling (inner diameter 76mm) capable of automatically adapting to different materials and specifications.
2. The structures of the two labeling machines should be independent for easy movement of each workstation; the effective travel distance of the side labeling machine should not be less than 800mm.
3. The design of the control and visual interface should be reasonable, allowing for easy observation and operation.
4. The final design drawings and action description illustrations should be sent to Party A for confirmation.
Electrical Control Requirements
1. Able to establish open Ethernet (TCP/IP) communication with Siemens S1200 PLC. Production information in the PLC, such as material type, operator, weight, production date and time, and process parameters, should be concatenated into a string and transferred via a PC. The PLC should send it to the printer via TCP communication for printing, with the aim of tracking the production process information of the product based on the product's textual number.
2. Able to modify the content and layout of the labels according to customer requirements.
Able to print in Chinese and English, barcodes, QR codes, numbers, logos.
