Machining Coolant Filtration System

The main body consists of three parts: the filter vessel, the supporting basket, and the filter bag. Liquid enters from the side of the filter vessel, rushes into the filter bag from above, supported by the basket. The filter bag expands due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface, ensuring that the liquid material is evenly distributed on the entire inner surface of the filter bag. The liquid passing through the filter bag flows along the wall of the metal supporting basket and is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the filter. Particulate impurities filtered out are retained inside the filter bag, completing the filtration process. To replace or clean the filter bag, simply loosen the ring-head bolt, rotate the handwheel to lift the cover, and it can be removed, making replacement convenient. Different filter bags can be selected based on required precision.
