The liquid dynamic pressure motor housing heating & inner ring automatic loading equipment operates from right to left. The micro motor automatically feeds, and the X-Y manipulator heats on the hot plate to ensure the heating time for each product, allowing the glue to dry. Then, a non-contact probe is used to measure the axial vibration amplitude of the motor in an inverted position. If the measurement is OK, the servo presses in the inner ring. Finally, CCD checks for glue overflow, and it is manually removed, completing the operation process.
