The liquid crystal panel feeding machine has an automatic unpacking mechanism and automatic centering mechanism, delivering box after box of liquid crystal glass to specified positions. The robotic arm uses servo control, with two robotic arms: one for picking up glass onto the air flotation positioning platform and another for picking up sponges into another box. This structure is used for large-screen liquid crystal television (LCM) production lines. In television manufacturing plants, before television assembly, liquid crystal glass is primarily fed in boxes, stored with one piece of glass and one sponge alternately in each box, with 8-15 pieces of glass per box. Using this mechanism, 15-20 boxes can be fed at once. This mechanism has an automatic unpacking and centering mechanism, delivering box after box of liquid crystal glass to specified positions. The robotic arm uses servo control, with two robotic arms: one for picking up glass onto the air flotation positioning platform and another for picking up sponges into another box. Once liquid crystal glass from a box is picked up, the empty box is automatically ejected onto the stacking mechanism, automatically stacked 4-5 layers, then automatically ejected. Once this mechanism is loaded, it can satisfy 2-3 hours of working time. This mechanism has been successfully used in a large TV assembly workshop in a certain country.
