Introduction to the Operation Process of Laser Detection (including DFM) Equipment:
1. Manually place the product into the fixture, then manually secure the product with the side clamping deviation device, achieving L-shaped positioning. The vacuum adsorption ensures that the product is fully conjoined with the fixture's plane.
2. The fixture transfer module uses a Hiwin KK screw module driven by a servo motor. The module moves under the detection area where the laser measures the product's flatness and step dimensions.
