This set of drawings represents an automated production line for LED lamp screw locking and packaging types: the equipment has a total length of 6 meters, a width of 2 meters, and a height of 1.7 meters. It is used for LED lamp screw locking, with an automatic handling robot at the back end of the packaging line. The front end of this large automated line consists of an automatic screw-locking machine, composed of a large-stroke three-axis robot structure, capable of locking screws in any product ranging from LED lamps to panels within a 1.5-meter by 1.5-meter area. The automatic unloading handling robot at the back end of the equipment also has an extra-large stroke. The clamp fixture size is adjustable in width, and the up-and-down movement is driven by a servo motor with a lead screw, which effectively ensures the precision of clamping products. The up-and-down movement of the lead screw is powered by a synchronous belt pulley, with the synchronous belt fixed in the middle of the lead screw. The lead screw and slider move vertically. This structure is also well-suited for use in scenarios requiring clamping larger objects or longer strokes, thanks to its structural stability.
