Box Labeling and Sealing Equipment Working Principle: Automatic Folding: 1. Manually or by machine, place the box on the assembly line 2. The box is conveyed to the pick-up point, and the pick-up module places it on the indexing turntable 3. A cylinder positions the box while the suction cup secures it 4. The cylinder pushes the attachments inside the box firmly 5. The module automatically applies a large label to the box 6. The module automatically folds and seals the box 7. Remove the small centrifugal paper from the large label 8. The small lip edge of the large label is adhered to the box 9. The module automatically discharges the box onto the assembly line 10. The box exits this workstation along the assembly line Automatic Labeling: 1. The box flows into this workstation from the previous station along the assembly line 2. The box is conveyed to the pick-up point, and the pick-up module places it on the box rotation module 3. The box rotation module turns the box 90 degrees sideways along its width, with the side to be labeled facing up 4. The box transfer module places the rotated box onto the box positioning module 5. The box positioning module takes the box to the labeling position, and after positioning, applies the side label 6. The bottom rotation module clamps the cardboard box and rotates it 90 degrees along its length, with the bottom side (for barcode labeling) facing up. 7. Once rotated into position, the box is clamped by another module and moved to the barcode labeling position, where the labeling component applies the barcode 8. After the barcode is applied, the cardboard box is taken and rotated back 90 degrees along its length and then placed onto the lower box rotation module 9. The lower box rotation module rotates the cardboard box another 90 degrees, restoring its posture to the initial loading position 10. The discharge manipulator places the box with barcode and label onto the assembly line 11. The box exits this workstation along the assembly line
