Inductor Character, Polarity Detection and Packaging Equipment Description
1. Structure: This detection equipment mainly consists of feeding module, conveying module, CCD detection module, transfer module, distance changing module for the inspection station, packaging module, frame module, electronic control module, and display control module, etc.
2. Function:
a. Jig tray feeding, inspecting product labeling characters and material direction on the assembly line, and rejecting scrap or correcting direction;
b. Transfer and change distance for 2 products, detect polarity, reject scrap, and change distance after rejection;
c. Heat-sealing packaging.
d. Complete drawings, stable functionality, already in production, capacity 30K/day.
4. The equipment is in SolidWorks 2013 version with parameters, editable, and also includes STEP format.
