This equipment summarizes and analyzes previous road ice and snow removal technologies and principles, focusing on the removal of hard road ice and snow. It conducts experiments and analysis on the physical and mechanical properties of road ice and snow mixtures, forming a primary research objective of using ice-breaking blades to break and clear hard mixed ice and snow. The research approach aims at designing new snow removal equipment that is economical, practical, offers high removal efficiency, and causes minimal damage to the pavement. Based on comprehensive research of snow removal machinery both domestically and internationally, and through comparative analysis of foreign snow removal devices, a research plan was determined. A three-dimensional model of the snow removal machine's working device was established using Catia software, and finite element analysis was conducted using Catia software.
