Self-made glue dispensing machine operation process:
1. Online equipment, the carrier flows in and is positioned with a blocking and lifting mechanism from the upstream equipment;
2. Dual Y-axis servo drive is used to ensure uniform position over a large span, X-axis servo screw rod;
3. The glue bucket is a self-made push-glue type using a self-assembled servo screw rod module to complete the glue dispensing and injecting actions, with a self-made glue stopping device.
