Heat Sink Riveting Assembly Machine

2. The equipment uses PLC and touch screen control. Operators manually place the heat sink while a vibrating bowl feeder supplies another material. A finger cylinder is used for gripping and placing materials. Riveting is performed by a downward-pressing cylinder. The assembly and riveting stations alternate in cycles, saving production costs and improving work efficiency.
