This set of tooling fixture models is used in the processing of aluminum wire fan motor stators. When the aluminum motor winding joints are soldered with power cables (copper), the solder points need to be sealed and protected against moisture and oxidation. Therefore, heat shrink tubing is used to thermally seal the solder points. To ensure the sealing quality, the front section of the heat shrink tubing needs to be hot-pressed for sealing.
