The straight-toothed cylindrical gear of the gear transmission box and the gearbox gear ratio is 7:1. Transmission gears often operate under conditions of high speed, high load, and continuously alternating speed and load. In addition to normal wear, gear impacts, poor gear meshing, and starting vibrations can also occur due to factors such as poor lubricant quality, unfavorable lubrication conditions, improper driving operations, and improper gear assembly during maintenance. These issues can accelerate gear wear and damage. Gears rely on their structural dimensions and material strength to withstand external loads, requiring the material to have high strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Due to the complex shape of gears and the high precision required, the material must also have good workability. Forged steel is commonly used as the material for transmission gears.
