Gantry-type 6-point servo adjustable intermediate frequency inverter resistance welding machine, gantry frame structure, servo adjustable spot spacing. Suitable for door panel widths of 350~750mm with 6 welding points.
II. Product Usage
Used for spot welding door panel stiffeners. Facilitates size adjustments, reducing manual adjustment time and fixture. This enhances work efficiency, productivity, and quality.
III. Control Method
Adopts a servo screw linear guide module, adjusts the size according to the set transformation. Operated via touch screen setting. Main control is via PLC, combined with booster cylinder and welding cylinder.
