Fully Automatic Side Sealing Heat Shrink Packaging Machine

The fully automatic side-seal heat shrink packaging machine is used for fully automatic online side-seal heat shrink packaging of products. It employs photoelectric detection to automate product scanning and can be connected to a conveyor for automatic feeding or manually fed in standalone mode. It uses folded film and can seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating and sealing system can be used for cutting and sealing various industrial standard heat shrink films such as PE, PVC, and POF. The rear connects to a heat shrink machine where the thermal system is recycled, resulting in more energy savings, higher efficiency, and firm and aesthetically pleasing seals. When changing product sizes, adjustments can be made easily with a handwheel, without the need to replace any components, thus reducing product changeover time and easing operation. The adjustable-speed front-end feeding system and rear-end storage working platform allow for truly high-speed, unmanned automatic operation of the entire machine. It is worth learning and referencing. It has been mass-produced.
