Fully Automatic PCB Six-Head Labeling Machine

This is a fully automatic six-head labeling machine for PCB boards (bare boards, without mounted components). It can achieve automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic label peeling and label preparation. The mechanical arm with a six-head labeling head simultaneously picks up six labels, then attaches them to the required positions, after which it releases the PCB board for automatic stacking in the unloader. The entire process requires no manual intervention, except for manually placing and removing stacked PCB boards from the loader and unloader. The adjustable-width conveyor belt can accommodate different PCB board sizes and can connect to other SMT equipment or operate independently. The loader and unloader can be used as needed. The program can control picking up six labels simultaneously, each labeling head can operate independently. For example, if four labels are needed on one PCB board, six can be picked up at once, apply four labels, and leave two for the next PCB board; it can also control picking up only four labels. This equipment has been modified multiple times by us, with dozens of units produced, and has formed a factory standard. All parts are complete and editable, and each area has been verified. Modifications should only be minor if needed.
