The entire process from unit package box feeding to final packaging formation can be roughly divided into four stages: A guide rail fixture positions the carton and a push plate opens the carton, while two other forward-moving fixtures rise from below to hold the sides of the carton from front and back, opening the box at a right angle and pushing it forward to the filling area. After filling in the filling area, the mechanism of the machine folds the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then performs the capping action. Before capping, the mechanism first bends the carton’s tongue, then a push plate pushes the box lid to bend, inserting the tongue into the box and tightening the lock. The capping action is a crucial step, and its quality relies heavily on the carton’s structure and the machine's tuning accuracy. The fully automatic high-speed cartoner drawing (all-cam type) has two motors to achieve dozens of action cycles, automatically packing manuals and products together into the box: Includes Solidworks 2015, STP, XT format, Includes part drawings, assembly drawings, general assembly drawings, over 1,400 components in total. This product is suitable for packaging items such as pharmaceutical blister boards, round bottles, odd-shaped bottles, cosmetics, automotive supplies, toothpaste, office supplies, playing cards, etc., as well as similar items. It can automatically open cartons, load items, and seal boxes, etc. The machine adopts PLC control, photoelectric monitoring of each part's actions. It automatically rejects unqualified items during operation, can stop automatically and display the reason if an abnormality occurs, facilitating quick troubleshooting. The machine can be used standalone or in conjunction with a blister packaging machine and its hot melt adhesive unit or other equipment to form a complete production line. Equipped with internationally renowned brand electrical components to ensure stable and reliable performance. 4. Mechanically overload automatic shutdown function to ensure human-machine safety. 5. Automatically rejects packaged products lacking items or instruction manuals to ensure quality of finished products. 6. Features fault display, alarm, and finished product counting, easy for maintenance and troubleshooting. 7. Can design various automatic feeders and conveying mechanisms according to customer requirements. 8. Optional hot melt glue machine for hot melt glue spraying or design of hot melt glue brushing device. 9. Can connect and interact with blister packaging machines, pillow-type packaging machines, filling machines, soap-making machines, coding machines (or tracking code systems), labeling machines, online weighing instruments, three-dimensional packaging machines, heat shrink packaging machines, strapping machines, and other production lines.
