Fully Automatic Guide Wheel Assembly Machine: Utilizes TRAY disks for wire installation. Three vibrating plates are used for loading, while the module and cylinders enable the mechanical arm loading actions. The assembly process goes from the top cover to two pulleys and then back to the top cover. The pulley assembly requires oil application, and after assembly, hot pressing is also needed. This drawing was designed using SOLIDWORKS 2017 and includes STP documents for those who wish to download and learn.
