1. This equipment is developed for assembling circular plastic parts such as electronic access cards and game coins. It automates the processes of feeding with vibration plates, assembling, ultrasonic welding, and unloading. It operates with a six-position indexing table running in a one-out-two cycle, with a production cycle time of 1pc/s.
2. Equipment operation process: First position, the plastic base cover is fed through the vibration plate and linear feeder to the designated position, then split into two parts by the distribution mechanism. The loading manipulator places the two separated base covers into the indexing table fixture. The second position is reserved for adding processes in the future. Third position, the plastic top cover is fed through the vibration plate linear feeder, distributed by the distribution mechanism, and placed by the manipulator onto the base cover in the indexing table fixture. Fourth position, the pressing mechanism descends to press-fit the base and top covers. Fifth position, the ultrasonic welding machine welds the assembled plastic parts. Sixth position, the unloading manipulator takes away the assembled and welded products and places them in a fixed position.
