Fully Automatic Catheter Inspection Machine Functions:
1. Automatic Feeding System: Pour the catheters into a large funnel, and gradually feed a small amount of product into the hopper of the plug board feeding machine through vibration waves; the plug board feeding machine delivers the products one by one horizontally to the conveyor belt;
2. Top CCD1 inspection, specifically: dimension inspection for items A, B, C, D, E, F, G in the attachment "Inspection Content Description Diagram";
3. Side CCD2, CCD3 inspection, used to measure inner diameter, outer diameter, surface marks, and material shortage detection. The vision system has an automatic segmentation function, specifically: inspection for items H, I, J in the attachment "Inspection Content Description Diagram";
4. Discharge Sorting System: After the software determines the properties of the catheter, the PLC electrical control system sorts the current product based on the software's record of the product's attributes (good/reject). Qualified products are discharged at the qualified outlet, and defective products are discharged at the defective outlet. This system is set with two qualified outlets/one defective outlet/one pending inspection outlet; outlet height conforms to the subsequent packaging machine interface standard.
