This is a fully automatic assembly machine. The whole machine has two vibrating plates. Simply place the products to be assembled into the vibrating plate, the vibrating plate will move the products to the material path, and the robotic arm will pick up the products and place them on a fixture with a 4-station indexer disc. The indexer rotates to the next station, and the robotic arm picks up another product for assembly. The indexer continues to rotate to the next station for pressing, and then to the final station where the robotic arm removes the assembled product. This cycle repeats.
