Description
1. This workstation uses two 160KG robots for automatic loading and unloading on the door panel powder spraying line;
2. The door panel loading workstation and unloading workstation are divided into two independent systems.
1) The door panel loading station consists of a robot system, door panel positioning transfer table, and door panel loading AB station.
2) The door panel unloading system consists of a robot system, door panel unloading station, and door panel unloading and transfer conveyor line.
3. This workstation is staffed with a total of 1 person, as follows;
1) Auxiliary personnel (material handling - machine operation) 1 person;
4. Production cycle: 15 seconds/piece;
