This device is an automated assembly riveting device for electronic connector NUTs, which primarily includes a feeding flipping module, an automated riveting module with a force-increasing lever, a main channel module, a product holder, and a KK discharging module. The force-increasing lever riveting module uses a pneumatic cylinder, which compared to the previously used hydraulic cylinder riveting, offers nearly no environmental pollution, is easier to maintain, significantly improves performance, and is cost-effective.
