Eccentric Hemispherical Valve

The eccentric hemispherical valve uses an eccentric valve body, eccentric sphere, and valve seat, achieving automatic centering along a common trajectory when the valve stem rotates. During the closing process, the seal becomes tighter, fully achieving excellent sealing performance. The valve's sphere and seat are completely separated, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring and overcoming the constant wear issue between the traditional valve seat and sphere sealing surfaces. Non-metallic elastic materials are embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection to the metallic surface of the valve seat. This product is particularly suitable for media such as steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, and petroleum gas.
