This equipment is used for the solder joint detection process of PCM boards in mobile phone battery production lines. After the PCM board is welded to the cell body, a series of tests must be conducted on the reliability of the solder joints to check for issues such as missed soldering, cold soldering, and solder penetration before proceeding to the next process, ensuring the normal use of the cell. The equipment module is designed with a dual-station high-capacity scheme, with a design capacity of 2000 PCS/h. The equipment dimensions are 1800X1200X1900.
