The double transplanting conveyor adopts commonly used components and uses two sets of power modules on both sides, which is much cheaper in hardware cost compared to tooling lines with circular guides and linear motors. Once the carrier is in position, a blocking mechanism is applied. Precise positioning can be achieved using a positioning mechanism when it reaches the designated point, which facilitates the robotic arm's operation.
