Double-layer Dual-speed Chain Production Line The assembly line structure is made of full aluminum alloy with a triple-speed chain configuration. The line legs use 50x50 structural profile material. The height of the upper assembly line is 750mm, while the lower layer is 300mm. The line width is 1300mm, and there are two workstations with a spacing of 1800mm between them. The upper assembly line is equipped with two sets of workstation stoppers, and the lower layer also has two sets of workstation stoppers. The conveyance speed is 12 meters per minute. On the side of the assembly line, there is a hanging edge for material boxes, with each workstation equipped with two stainless steel material boxes. 2. Power Tensioning Mechanism: The power motor uses a hollow shaft SEW worm gear reducer motor, mounted on the side of the line.
