Design of Automated Hot Washing Line for Fast Food Trays: This line is designed for washing trays. Before entering the conveyor line, trays are placed in material frames. A robot picks up the trays and places them on the conveyor line, transporting them to the hot washing pool for automatic cleaning. Once completed, they are conveyed to the next station. The robot then moves to another conveyor line, and at the end, the robot removes the trays and places them back in the material frames, completing the cleaning cycle.
