The DCB module separator design utilizes dual X modules for loading, with the fixed fixture using a suction cup to hold the module. This allows the module to be independently secured after separation, without interfering with the cutting of the next module.
This machine uses 2 sets of X Y Z modules to separately handle separation and unloading, waste removal, and defect sorting through AOI, offering valuable insights for learning.
