Cylinder Battery Cell Shell Insertion and Retaining Ring Machine

Cylindrical Battery Cell Insertion and Hoop Ring Machine, as the name suggests, is equipment with dual functions of a battery insertion machine and a hoop ring machine. This equipment automatically inserts the cells of cylindrical nickel-metal hydride or lithium batteries into the casing and applies the hoop ring. On the other side of the drawing (incomplete structure of the machine) is the current collector welding machine, meaning that once this equipment is completed, it directly and automatically proceeds to the next process (current collector welding). Designed using SOLIDWORKS, all parts of the source files have features, making it convenient for you to use, reference, and modify. The overall structure is clear, and the parts are complete, making it an ideal reference or learning material for your designs.
