This device is a cup-type mask welding machine. After clamping the wire, it rotates 180 degrees to the welding position for welding. A servo motor controls the wire length, and a stepper motor controls the clamping and rotating to the welding position. The material feed is manual, but after the manual feeding, an air cylinder transports it to the welding position. The PLC program controls it, and all speeds are adjustable.
