Continuous High Temperature Purification Furnace
Continuous high temperature purification furnace is divided into the entry section, processing section, and exit section. The processing section is a vacuum furnace filled with argon and hydrogen gas. The sections are naturally transported in segments of 2.2 meters, so the entry and exit sections are also sealed chambers.
