The device mainly consists of a cam indexer and two sets of hydro-pneumatic booster cylinders. Employees manually place the brackets and two types of pins on the turntable, and the device operates automatically. The two booster cylinders simultaneously rivet the pins. After the pins are riveted, the device automatically discharges the material. The device operates efficiently, safely, and stably, preventing safety accidents caused by close contact between employees and the riveting mechanism.
