The CNC lathe generally has a sheet metal casing installed around the frame and servo drive unit for support and protection. For ease of control, the electrical control box of the machine is typically fixedly installed on the rear side of the sheet metal casing. The control box habitually contains centralized installations of devices such as transformers, drivers, and cooling devices. Although centralized installation saves space, it easily leads to electrical components being subjected to static interference, and the electrical circuits within the control box are relatively complex, making routine maintenance inconvenient.
