CNC Lathe Automatic Loading and Unloading Robotic Equipment

CNC numerical control lathe automatic loading and unloading robotic arm equipment is suitable for small to medium batch production. It can save on bulky workpiece transport devices, has a compact structure, and is highly adaptable. The 3D model SW design source file is shared. This equipment is an automatic loading and unloading machine for CNC lathe rod processing. Loading method: Manually arrange the workpieces in one direction and place them into the storage bin. Product compatibility: Adjust the storage bin's blocking plate to accommodate a variety of product lengths during processing. For processing products with different outer diameters, the fixtures can be replaced accordingly. Sorting method: relies on the inclined surface of the storage bin to allow the workpiece to flow into a groove, and the lifting cylinder pushes a workpiece along the inclined surface. Transport method: Implemented through the robotic arm motion module. Discharge method: The robotic arm places the processed workpiece directly onto the inclined hopper, allowing it to flow into the turnover box.
